How do you I find you?

Mis kell on check-in ja check-out?
Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge depending on the number of hours.
What amenities are available in my house?
You can read about the equipment, amenities, and special features of all houses on the accommodation pages.
Do you have any meals available?
We do not offer catering on site, but the nearest cafes are only about 3 km away – for example Arvo Pärdi Kohvik and Ott & Matilda.
If you wish, you can also cook on site: the houses have a grill (please bring your own charcoal), as well as a small pot, pan and basic utensils.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in the accommodation to ensure maximum cleanliness and an allergy-free environment for all guests.
Will I get a full refund if I cancel my reservation?
Yes – if you cancel up to 48 hours before the arrival date, we will refund the full prepayment.
Do I have to heat the sauna and hot tub myself?
No need.
Both the sauna and the hot tub are powered by electricity:
- Upon arrival, you can turn on the sauna yourself with the push of a button; it will heat up in about an hour.
We will turn on the hot tub via app – please let us know if you wish to use it at least two days before your arrival. NB! Depending on the outside temperature, additional heating with wood may be necessary.
Mida ümbruses teha saab?
The accommodation is surrounded by a beautiful pine forest with several peaceful forest trails. Only about 120 m away is Lohusalu beach, from where you can take a long walk along the seashore, including to Lohusalu harbor.
Also nearby are:
- Arvo Pärt Center with observation tower
- LaSpa Laulasmaa water and sauna center
- Keila-Joa waterfall, castle and park trails
In addition, there are several hiking, running and cycling trails and nice cafes in the area.
Can someone else be in the house next door during my vacation?
No. We guarantee maximum privacy for each guest – we rent our accommodation to only one party at a time.
This means that there will be no other guests during your stay and the sauna and hot tub are also for your private use.

How big is the Compact Loft and how many people can stay there?
The 26.7 m² house is designed for two people.
- On the mezzanine there is a 160 cm mattress.
- In addition, there is a 105 cm wide fold-out sofa where a third person can sleep if desired.

The 48.6 m² house is suitable for up to four people.
- The bedroom has a 160 cm continental bed
- The mezzanine also has a 160 cm mattress.
- There is also a 140 cm wide sofa bed that can accommodate 1-2 more people if desired.

By car
Our accommodation is located approximately a 45-minute drive from Tallinn city center. For navigation, please use Google Maps or Waze and follow the GPS directions until you reach the “Heliküla” bus stop, which is located on the right side of the road. About 380 meters after the bus stop, turn right — this will take you to a barrier gate. On the final stretch of the road, navigation may be inaccurate, so to avoid confusion we kindly ask you to use the map we have provided. Upon reaching the barrier gate, please call us at +372 502 5506 or +372 556 76112 and we will open it for you.
By bus
From Tallinn, buses number 126 and 128 leave from the “Viru väljak” bus stop. Get off at the “Heliküla” bus stop. From there, follow our attached map — the walk from the bus stop to our houses along a pleasant forest path takes about 7-8 minutes (no bears, just a few squirrels!). Tickets for local routes are sold by bus drivers. To plan your trip across Estonia, visit the portal peatus.ee.
