Deluxe Loft
The Deluxe Loft is the larger of our two houses, offering comfortable living on a surface area of 48.6 m².
Upon entering, you will find a spacious open-plan kitchen with a pull-out sofa bed (width 140 cm). Going up the stairs, you will find a mezzanine with a comfortable 160 cm wide mattress, which ensures a peaceful and pleasant sleep. In addition, the house has a separate bedroom, with a 160 cm wide continental bed in the center.
The Deluxe Loft comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Additional guests can be accommodated if desired - the sofa bed in the living room offers additional seating for up to two people.
NB! We recommend accommodation for children aged 10 and over, as the houses have stairs, sharp corners, limited space to move around, and there are higher, unfenced terrace edges outside.

Surrounding area
The sandy beach is located only about 120 meters from the house and is accessed via a path through a pine forest. The shoreline and the surrounding nature offer ideal opportunities for peaceful walks—whether along the beach or on the pine forest trails.
The nearest grocery stores — Laulasmaa Selver and Meie Toidukaubad — are located just 3 kilometers away.
In the same area, only a few hundred meters from the property, guests can visit the popular café Ott & Matilda, well-loved by both locals and visitors for its cozy atmosphere and delicious food.
About a 20-minute forest walk from the property lies the Arvo Pärt Centre, whose café is open from Wednesday to Sunday. However, it is recommended to check the opening hours beforehand, as the café may occasionally be closed during events.

By car
Our accommodation is located approximately a 45-minute drive from Tallinn city center. For navigation, please use Google Maps or Waze and follow the GPS directions until you reach the “Heliküla” bus stop, which is located on the right side of the road. About 380 meters after the bus stop, turn right — this will take you to a barrier gate. On the final stretch of the road, navigation may be inaccurate, so to avoid confusion we kindly ask you to use the map we have provided. Upon reaching the barrier gate, please call us at +372 502 5506 or +372 556 76112 and we will open it for you.
By bus
From Tallinn, buses number 126 and 128 leave from the “Viru väljak” bus stop. Get off at the “Heliküla” bus stop. From there, follow our attached map — the walk from the bus stop to our houses along a pleasant forest path takes about 7-8 minutes (no bears, just a few squirrels!). Tickets for local routes are sold by bus drivers. To plan your trip across Estonia, visit the portal peatus.ee.
