House Rules
Lohusalu houses are designed for a private and peaceful vacation, especially for single travelers and couples. Parties and events are not allowed.
Let’s keep peace and quiet:
-
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels low during these times to respect our neighbors and the surrounding nature. We also ask that you do not play loud music outside at other times.
-
Only registered guests are allowed at the property. If you wish to receive guests, please inform us in advance.
-
Keep the house and common areas clean and tidy. Throw garbage in the designated bins.
-
Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors. Littering and cigarette butts are prohibited.
-
When coming from the beach, we ask you to clean your feet before entering the sauna or hot tub. There are mats and a watering hose behind the sauna for this purpose.
-
Please remove your shoes upon entering the property to keep the floors clean and prevent damage to the parquet flooring.
-
Pets are not allowed (except by prior arrangement).
-
Please use the property in a responsible manner. Report any damage or problems immediately so they can be resolved quickly.
-
Food is not allowed in the hot tub. Please shower before entering the hot tub. The use of body creams, bath salts, oils, etc. is prohibited in the hot tub.
-
Firewood is only for heating the hot tub. Please bring charcoal for the grill.
-
Only water and, if desired, essential oils are allowed for steaming in the sauna. We ask that you do not use greasy body care products, body scrubs, or honey. Whipping is not allowed. For the sake of cleanliness and well-being, we will place towels under you when you sit in the sauna.
-
Check-in from 15:00 and check-out no later than 11:00.
-
Self check-in – we will send you a pin code to open the door at least 2 hours before your arrival. If you would like us to meet you personally, please let us know one day in advance.
-
Please do not store food in the bedrooms. Use the kitchen for storing, preparing and consuming food.
-
For security reasons, close and lock all windows and doors when you leave your rooms.
-
Guests will find a special folder in their accommodation explaining how to use the amenities available at the accommodation.
-
Familiarize yourself with safety equipment: such as the locations of smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits.
