Luxury Sauna and Hot Tub
Luxury Sauna is the smallest of our three houses – a cozy and comfortable micro-house measuring 18.7 m², with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house has a sauna, kitchenette, lounge, shower and toilett and can comfortably accommodate 2-4 people for a session.
When booking accommodation, it is possible to choose a sauna and/or a hot tub for an additional fee.
If you would like to use the sauna and hot tub without accommodation, this is generally possible from 12 noon (Monday to Thursday). Please contact us for reservations.
Sauna house and hot tub rules

If you would like to use the sauna and hot tub without accommodation, this is generally possible from 12 noon (Mon–Thursday during the week). Please contact us for reservations. The sauna heats up in about an hour, so we will add one hour of use time for you free of charge (e.g. if you book 2 hours, you can enjoy 3 hours).
The sauna house has all the amenities, so you can spend a nice time there even while you are waiting for the sauna to heat up – for example, go for a walk in the forest, go to the beach or swim in the sea in the meantime.
The hot tub is also electrically heated and we turn it on via the app – you don’t have to do anything yourself.
If you want to use the hot tub, please let us know at least one day before your arrival. In summer, the hot tub heats up faster, but in winter it can take up to a whole night to heat up completely.
When the hot tub is not in use, please keep the lid on to prevent debris and pine needles from getting into the water.
- We ask that you do not use body care products, body scrubs, or honey in the sauna.
- Whisking is not allowed.
- For the sake of cleanliness and comfort, we place towels on the sauna seats for you to sit on.

Surrounding area
The sandy beach is only about 120 meters from the house, accessible via a path through a light pine forest. The shoreline and surrounding nature offer perfect opportunities for peaceful walks — whether along the coast or through the forest trails. While you may occasionally see other walkers in the distance, the thoughtful placement of the houses ensures a pleasant sense of privacy and tranquility.
The nearest grocery stores — Laulasmaa Selver and Meie Toidukaubad — are located just 3 kilometers away.
In the same area, only a few hundred meters from the property, guests can visit the popular café Ott & Matilda, well-loved by both locals and visitors for its cozy atmosphere and delicious food.
About a 20-minute forest walk from the property lies the Arvo Pärt Centre, whose café is open from Wednesday to Sunday. However, it is recommended to check the opening hours beforehand, as the café may occasionally be closed during events.

By car
Our accommodation is located about 45 minutes by car from the center of Tallinn. Use Google Maps or Waze to navigate. However, you may encounter problems about 1 km before your destination, as the main road is closed with a barrier and the navigation may direct you to the wrong road. To avoid confusion, please see our attached map, which will guide you through the last section of the road. Follow the GPS instructions until you see the Heliküla bus stop on the right side of the road. From there, after about 380 meters, turn right - you will reach the barrier. Call us at +372 502 5506 or +372 556 76112 and we will open the barrier.
By bus
From Tallinn, buses number 126 and 128 leave from the “Viru väljak” bus stop. Get off at the “Heliküla” bus stop. From there, follow our attached map — the walk from the bus stop to our houses along a pleasant forest path takes about 7-8 minutes (no bears, just a few squirrels!).
