RelaxAlMare.com (hereinafter referred to as the Accommodation) is owned by OÜ HR Consulting (registry code 10331873), located at Näki tee 3, 76507 Meremõisa, Harju County, Estonia.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Service and Price Information
The terms and conditions apply when purchasing services from the Accommodation’s website www.relaxalmare.com.
The prices of services sold on the website are indicated next to the services. All prices for services sold on the website are in euros.
Information about the service is provided directly on the Website in the service description.
Placing an Order
To order a service, select the desired service. To place an order, fill in the required fields. The amount payable will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid by bank transfer based on an invoice sent to your email or by credit card.
Order Cancellation
After paying for the service, the buyer has the right to cancel the order up to 48 hours before the check-in time on the arrival day of the booking (i.e., 3:00 PM). For later cancellations, the money will not be refunded.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Accommodation uses personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding the service, these must be sent to the email address info@relaxalmare.com or call: +372 55676112.
If the buyer and the Accommodation are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission.
The procedural terms can be reviewed and an application submitted here.
The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Accommodation. Reviewing the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.
