All prices for services sold on the website are in euros. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Information about the service is provided directly on the Website in the service description.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Placing an Order<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To order a service, select the desired service. To place an order, fill in the required fields. The amount payable will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid by bank transfer based on an invoice sent to your email or by credit card.  <\/span><\/p><p><strong>Order Cancellation<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After paying for the service, the buyer has the right to cancel the order up to 48 hours before the check-in time on the arrival day of the booking (i.e., 3:00 PM). For later cancellations, the money will not be refunded. <\/span><\/p><p>Please send your cancellation request to <a href=\"mailto:info@relaxalmare.com\">info@relaxalmare.com<\/a> or call +372 5025506.<\/p><p><strong>Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data <\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Accommodation uses personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the buyer has complaints regarding the service, these must be sent to the email address info@relaxalmare.com or call: +372 55676112.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the buyer and the Accommodation are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The procedural terms can be reviewed and an application submitted <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/komisjon.ee\/et\/avalduse-esitamine\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">here<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Accommodation.
