The Owner of Relax Al Mare

The owner of Relax Al Mare accommodations (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) is HR Consulting Ltd. (registry code 10331873), located at Näki road 3, 76507 Meremõisa, Harjumaa, Estonia.

Validity of Contract of Sale, Product, and Price Information

The conditions of sale apply to purchases of services from the Service Provider. The prices of the services sold on the website are indicated next to the services. VAT is included in the prices. All prices are in Euros (€). Service information is provided immediately adjacent to the service in the online store.

Placing an Order

  1. Choose the property you want to make a reservation at.

  2. Check the availability calendar to see if the dates are available.

  3. Fill in all of the required fields and complete the order.

  4. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid securely via the following payment methods provided by Maksekeskus AS:

    • Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay, Citadele

    • Latvian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor

    • Lithuanian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Šiaulių Bankas

    • Finnish bank payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki

    • Card payments: Visa, MasterCard

NB! When using a bank link payment, confirm the order and then click on the ‘Return to merchant’ button.

The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the Service Provider. If the Service Provider cannot provide the service for any reason, the Purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the reservation, the Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract (cancel the reservation) 7 or more days before the check-in date for a full refund.

  • Cancellations of reservations from 6 to 3 days prior to the arrival date: the Purchaser will be refunded 50% of the full cost of the reservation.

  • Cancellations 2 days or less prior to the arrival date: the cost of the reservation will not be refunded.

The Service Provider has the right to withdraw from the sale and cancel the reservation if the price of the service received by the Purchaser is significantly lower than the price shown on the Service Provider’s website due to an error.

Complaints

The Service Provider is responsible for the non-compliance of services to a Purchaser with the terms and conditions of the contract or for deficiencies which already existed at the time of arrival.

The Purchaser has the right to contact the Service Provider within 3 days of checking out of the accommodation by email at info@relaxalmare.com. The Service Provider is not liable for any complaints arising later than 3 days after checking out of the accommodation.

The Service Provider will respond to the Purchaser’s complaint in written form or in a form that enables written reproduction within 3 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The Service Provider only uses the personal data entered by the Purchaser for processing the order. The Service Provider sends newsletters and offers to the Purchaser’s e-mail address only if the Purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.

The Purchaser is able to opt-out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.

Settlement of Disputes

All complaints made by a Purchaser about the Service Provider must be sent by e-mail. If the Purchaser and the Service Provider are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the Purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a Purchaser and the Service Provider. The resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the Purchaser.

A Purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
